Who’s up for helping me spread the word of helping assist with donating to my top surgery which I have scheduled for sometime this summer. I work 2 jobs to pay for all my bills as well as save for top surgery and will soon be donating plasma for a small added source of income towards my top surgery. Even if you can’t donate; sharing this would still be amazing. Also, I’m down for knowing what other sites or ways I could save for top surgery! Lets help Nate get his knockers knocked off by this summer ;)

This is my friend Nate from Charlotte. I normally don’t post, reblog, etc. any ‘money based’ things on my blog, as generally speaking, I can’t afford to donate to any of the larger or smaller causes that matter to me and I feel it’s a little unfair to expect anyone else do to the same. I know between all of you out there that there are bound to be a few ‘extra’ dollars floating around that would give you a better ‘feel good’ feeling than keeping them or spending them on yourself. So, for once, I’m reblogging this in hopes that those people know some people that know some people with a few dollars or cents.
From what I know of Nathan, he’s been through a lot, from life long struggles like his hearing loss, to more recent events (like losing a great jobs due ‘transphobia’ [really just some asshole who shouldn’t’ve had any pull in the workplace] and his ex  girlfriend burning down his house).
Anyway, Nate remains one of the  more upbeat people I know, so I’d be eternally grateful if you could help him spread his message and need for a little help.

Attention Atlanta area dude loving dudes.

Not only would you get to help end HIV and be doing something great for the world, but you’d get to volunteer with a company called ‘I Have A Heart On’. What more could you ask for?
They’re looking for volunteers (paid volunteers) who are HIV-negative, males who have sex males or transwomen—- ages 18-50.
There’s no risk of infection through the vaccine.
You can call the Hope Clinic at Emory University at 877-424-4673

Or fill out the web form at the link above.

Get your heart on, spread the word, help the world.
Let our generation be the last to be affected by this problem.

There are also locations in AL, MA, IL, NY, OH, TX, TN, PA, CA, DC, and WA—- So spread this around no matter your orientation or bias. If you’ve got the money to spare, promote this post, pin it, share it, just do your thing so this can reach as many ears and eyes as possible.

omg seriously pads and tampons should be free to all women because it’s not something we want to buy and they’re so ridiculously expensive we’re down like 20 bucks every month which adds to about $240 a year and we have to spend it and guys don’t and it’s not our fault so they should be free

we should just stop buying them and bleed on everything they love

EVERY FUCKING TIME I HAVE TO BUY FEMININE SHIT LIKE THAT I ALWAYS RAGE IN MY MIND

like really

why the fuck am i forced to pay for this shit when i don’t choose for it to happen

sdkjfdshk

Period free for a year! Holla!

Ugh, I know, I mean, it’s not like I WANT to go to work and then  I have to pay for gas to get there? It’s so dumbbbbbb.

And food. What’s up with that?! I mean, why does my body have to like, get all hungry sometimes…. I shouldn’t have to pay for that. I didn’t ASK to be hungry.

And condoms. I mean, I didn’t ask for that chick to get pregnant, I didn’t ask for herpes, either,  but you know… I shouldn’t have to pay to get the warts burned off.

I wish the human body came with an opt out feature for menstruation. For us ladies who plan to never have children.

Think how much time and money we could have back if we could fill out a form and opt out of menstruation.

No, really, scoop that shit out.

I really enjoyed a conversation I had with one of my photographer friends today. It’s something I’ve understood, or heard, at least, but has never been brought to my attention in such a way. In photography classes, school, etc. they teach you to only take sexist pictures.
It’s not “This will make your pictures good.” it’s “If you don’t do this, your pictures will look like shit and no one will like them. Everyone does this.”

Basically, you’re only supposed to take ideal pictures of men and women. With women, you’re supposed to avoid taking them from straight on because it A.) hides their possible double-chin and B.) softens their jaw line. You’re also supposed to instruct the subject to appropriately position their shoulders to make them seem softer and to accent their boobs.
The same is the opposite for men, strong shoulders, strong jaw line, etc.

This whole concept just pisses me off.

I hate myself because of you.

Occasionally, I’ll post semi-uni-sex bits… I mean, really, this is all unisex, but… The sexist slant to all of these things is absurd. I’m trying to stick to ‘nongender specific searches’ just to prove this point.
